Have you had previous rhinoplasty or septoplasty surgery? Where? (NHS / private / abroad) and how long ago? 3. Have you had an injury to your nose that needed hospital treatment? 4. Have you ever had non-surgical rhinoplasty (HA fillers)? How long ago? 5. Is appearance your main concern?

If breathing through your nose is the main issue, we recommend an ENT referral first.

6. Are you otherwise fit and healthy?
